Netraptor 0.5.0: know which tab your agent is using

The popup, panel and coding agent now share a Tab ID, a Session #ID, a recording state and the time of the last saved API call. Agents are instructed to confirm the tab with you and ask which one to use when several are live. MCP tools require the selected tab or session ID.
Follow a tab, not a number
Agents can pass the confirmed tabId, so they keep following that tab after Stop and Start give it a new Session #ID. The panel also stays on this tab's recording instead of a finished session. See the tab and session number, name and last API-call time in the popup and panel. The picker searches by ID. The separate DevTools feed is labelled DevTools only, so it cannot be mistaken for the saved API session exposed to an agent.
Checked capture health
MCP distinguishes recording, paused, inactive, disconnected and unverified sessions. An old running flag no longer implies live capture, and an idle watch response does not mean recording is disabled.
Fixes and improvements
- Existing opted-in pages recover their relay after an extension update without duplicating fetch/XHR hooks.
- Capture messages acknowledge saved requests before the channel closes.
- A tab keeps one session across logins and other origin changes, and iframe calls stay attached to the containing app.
- A session opened from the popup no longer overrides this tab's recording every time DevTools reopens.
